Real Estate Sales Professional

We're seeking a motivated and results-driven Real Estate Listing Agent to join our dynamic team at The Bagga Team with Royal LePage Magna. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting exceptional customer service, prospecting, and conducting lead generation activities to create new business.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to showcase your expertise and build strong relationships.
- Prospect and generate new leads to expand our business and stay ahead of the competition.
- Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, and implement a marketing plan to ensure accurate information and quick sales.
- Convert pre-qualified leads into scheduled listing appointments and grow our business.
- Provide sellers with clear and concise listing presentations that highlight key selling points and suggested asking prices.
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute to our collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct 48 open houses per calendar year to showcase properties and build relationships with potential clients.
- Familiarity with customer databases and ability to store private client information securely.
- Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and motivate yourself to achieve sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry and ability to conduct market research to stay ahead of the competition.
- Strong communication skills to set and close appointments over the phone.
