Job Summary
We are seeking a Retail Store Associate to create an awesome experience for our Customers, Donors, and other Team Members. As a Retail Store Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience for customers
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and processing donations, stocking shelves, and performing visual merchandising tasks
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
