Financial Planning and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and prioritize business opportunities.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accountability.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Develop and maintain financial systems and processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Lead special projects to drive business growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, preferably with a Master's degree or professional certifications.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
