MAGCOR Demolition is seeking a skilled Project Estimator to support our growing team.

We are a leading demolition and excavation contractor in the GTA, committed to delivering high-quality services with precision, safety, and professionalism. As we expand our operations, we are focused on building a strong internal team that shares our values and dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detailed cost estimation for demolition and excavation projects, using industry-specific knowledge and tools.
  • Site visits to assess project conditions and logistics, ensuring effective collaboration between teams.
  • Pricing research and analysis from subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining accurate records of awarded and pending estimates.
Requirements:
  • Relevant experience in construction estimating (demolition, excavation, or general contracting) and a solid understanding of construction drawings and specifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or estimating software, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities, with a valid driver's license required for site visits.
