Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Director of Skincare and Cosmetics to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our product development process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and effectiveness. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and innovative individual to make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product development strategies that align with our company's mission and values.
  • Lead a team of scientists and researchers to create innovative and effective skincare and cosmetics products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Develop and manage budgets for product development and launch.
  • Represent the company in industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of experience in product development, preferably in the skincare and cosmetics industry.
  • University degree in a relevant field, such as biochemistry, pharmacology, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing innovative and effective products that meet customer needs.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Deep knowledge of the skincare and cosmetics industry, including trends, technologies, and regulatory requirements.
