Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Network Specialist to join our Technology & Systems department. This role will be responsible for leading network operations and large-scale projects globally, requiring a deep understanding of networking technologies and concepts. The successful candidate will be accountable for both Operational Excellence and Customer Service, driving improvements to processes and procedures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities- Provide BAU network support during NA hours
- Lead large-scale network migrations in NA
- Drive improvements to processes and procedures
- 12+ years of progressive network engineering experience with multi-site global networks supporting highly transactional and highly sensitive data applications
- Demonstratable CCNP/JNCIP/CCIE/JNCIE level or higher experience required
- Data Center experience is required
- Proficiency with Fortinet would be highly advantageous, but not essential
