Floral Department Supervisor

As a Department Manager, Floral at Save-On-Foods, you will be responsible for leading a team of dedicated professionals in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in the floral department.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of team members, providing coaching, mentoring, and resources to ensure success.
- Fostering a positive work environment that prioritizes customer satisfaction and team member engagement.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer experience.
- Communicating effectively with the store team and providing regular feedback and coaching.
- Ensuring accurate stocktaking and inventory management in the department.
Requirements include:
- 2-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
- Food Safe Certification.
- A passion for great food and exceptional customer service.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork.
- Integrity, enthusiasm, and a willingness to go the extra mile.
