We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Enclave Contracting Ltd. as a key member of our interior and exterior finishing team.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure a professional finish.
- Paint Mixing and Application: Mix paint to the desired colour and texture, and apply it to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Wall Covering Installation: Measure, cut, and apply wallpaper and other fabric to walls, ensuring a precise and professional finish.
- Customer Service: Advise consumers on colours and choice of wall coverings, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
- Scaffolding and Rigging: Erect scaffolding and swing stages, and attach rigging as required.
- Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan work schedules to ensure timely completion.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
