Cape Breton University's Department of Law, Economics, Accounting and Finance invites applications for tenure-track positions in Accounting at the rank of Assistant Professor.

We seek collaborative candidates with demonstrated evidence of effective teaching and research in Accounting. A PhD or DBA in Accounting (ABD is acceptable) or a master's in Business with the designation of Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) in good standing is required.

Candidates are expected to demonstrate potential and commitment to teaching, research/creative/scholarly activities, and service to Cape Breton University, community, and profession.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach in different modes and locations as part of their regular workload.
