We are seeking a skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our team at High River Bottle Depot Inc. in [location]. As a key member of our logistics department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods from our facility to customers across North America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the most efficient method of shipment for our products, considering factors such as distance, cost, and delivery time.
  • Schedule the distribution of goods to meet customer demands, working closely with our sales team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Prepare and manage bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Inspect and verify incoming goods against invoices or other documents, identifying any discrepancies or issues.
  • Affix identifying information and shipping instructions on shipments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all materials are handled safely and efficiently.
  • Supervise material handlers and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Process payments for goods received, reconciling invoices and tracking payments to ensure accuracy.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required; we offer on-the-job training for the right candidate.
  • Will train the ideal candidate who has relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
