Cafe Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Kitchen Manager to join our team at Cafe Landwer. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Methods to Meet Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient kitchen workflows to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Train Staff in Job Duties, Sanitation, and Safety Procedures: Provide comprehensive training to kitchen staff on food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
- Estimate Ingredient and Supplies Required for Meal Preparation: Plan and manage inventory to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
- Hire Food Service Staff: Recruit and hire qualified kitchen staff to support the growth and success of our cafe.
- Maintain Records of Stock, Repairs, Sales, and Wastage: Accurately track and record kitchen inventory, sales, and waste to inform business decisions.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage schedules to ensure adequate staffing and minimize labor costs.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
