We offer a competitive hourly wage with an estimated salary range of $25-$30 per hour, depending on experience. This includes comprehensive benefits, such as Medical, Dental, Vision, and Orthodontic Coverage for employees and their families.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will include:

">
  • ">
  • Ensuring patients receive optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and their goal for comprehensive oral health.">
  • Preparing and maintaining all dental instruments, supplies, and equipment.">
  • Organizing, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and sterile clinical area.">
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and working cohesively with fellow team members to provide an atmosphere of trust, respect, and cooperation.">
  • Performing any other tasks delegated or assigned by the Orthodontist or leadership team.">

Required Skills and Qualifications

">

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • Dental Assistant experience.">
  • Successfully completed CDA (Completion of NDAEB Exam).">
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal, an ability to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.">
  • Great time management and organizational skills.">
  • Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not required.">
  • Orthodontic Module is considered an asset, but not required.">
