About the Role

GATEWAY LANDSCAPING & EXCAVATING LTD. is seeking a skilled Material Handler to join our Warehouse Operations team. As a Material Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Picking and Stocking: Pick orders and stock materials and products in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Weighing and Measuring: Weigh materials and goods to ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Sorting and Storing: Sort, crate, and stack goods in a safe and efficient manner, and store cargo and materials in designated areas.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
