Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team at ROAD STAR TRUCK LINE LTD. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and materials across various routes.
Key Responsibilities- Load and Unload Goods: Safely load and unload goods from trucks, ensuring accurate and efficient handling.
- Operate and Drive Trucks: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the condition of the vehicle, including tires, lights, brakes, and other equipment.
- Emergency Repairs: Perform emergency roadside repairs to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Inspections: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure all aspects of the vehicle are in good working condition.
- Record Keeping: Accurately record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
- AZ Class License: Possess a valid AZ class license.
- Air Brake (Z) Endorsement: Hold an Air Brake (Z) endorsement.
- Driver's License (Class 1 or A): Possess a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
- Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) Certificate: Hold a Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience as a truck driver is an asset.
- Language: Fluency in English is required.
- Work Hours: 30-40 hours per week.
