Nurse Practitioner

Responsibilities:
* Provide nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician's orders, and the resident plan of care.
* Utilize sound nursing practice principles to ensure the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care.
* Ensure timely and accessible admissions, comprehensive orientations, and safe resident transfers and discharges.
* Maintain accurate records and reports, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
* Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
* Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
* Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
* Basic computer proficiency.
* Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
* Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
