Consumables Associate

As a Consumables Associate at Walmart Canada, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the smooth operation of our retail environment. This dynamic role requires a customer-focused individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that customers receive a positive shopping experience.

• Greet customers in a polite and friendly manner, providing a warm welcome to our store.
• Assist customers by promoting products and services, locating merchandise, and making purchase decisions.
• Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management where necessary.
• Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up and maintaining product displays.
• Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, secure merchandise, and identify high-shrink items.
• Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, and administer required paperwork and documentation.
• Refer appropriate service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager as required.
