We are seeking a skilled Financial Records Clerk to join our team at AV Advisory & Investments Ltd. in a permanent position.
Compensation and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, reflecting the company's commitment to rewarding its employees for their hard work and dedication.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, calculating fixed assets and depreciation, and reconciling accounts. You will also be required to maintain general ledgers and financial statements, post journal entries, and prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications- You must have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience or an equivalent qualification.
- You should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- You must be proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Office, and have excellent time management and interpersonal skills.
