Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mill Operator to join our team at Meunerie Agri-Tech inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating machinery to process and package food products, performing corrective machine adjustments, and ensuring product quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery to process and package food products, adhering to company standards and regulations.
  • Perform routine maintenance and corrective machine adjustments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor processing conditions, gauges, and computer printouts to verify product quality.
  • Clean machines and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Make adjustments to process variables to optimize product quality and efficiency.
  • Inspect products for defects and ensure conformance to company standards.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to work 40 hours per week in a manufacturing setting.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: French.
