- Function independently while making technical choices in the presence of unknowns.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other engineering leaders.
- Take an active interest in understanding customer problems while building features in an iterative manner.
- Adapt SRE practices and processes quickly to scale with a fast-growing startup and product.
- 3+ years of experience in an active hands-on SRE role in a fast-paced engineering org building SaaS/cloud-native products and services.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Golang, and Python.
- Knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) and their automation toolchains.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a remote team.
- D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Security, or similar equivalent industry experience is preferred.
