Your role as a Service Centre Manager will be hands-on, with a focus on day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for guiding your team towards success by being a reliable leader, holding yourself and others accountable for results, and fostering a supportive environment that brings out the best in people.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Being the face of your Service Centre and ensuring all customers receive the care they deserve (approximately 90% of your time will be spent interacting with customers).
  • Adding value to customers and identifying opportunities to increase revenue for your store.
  • Leading your team to achieve results by strategically managing staff time, staying on top of team goals, and seeking help when needed.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of three years of management and/or leadership experience, preferably with sales experience.
  • An interest in helping your team members grow and develop.
  • The ability to approach challenges with enthusiasm and see opportunities in every situation.
  • Hands-on experience working with vehicles is an asset, but not required.

The salary range for a Service Centre Manager at Belron Canada is approximately $65,000 to $85,000 per year.
