We are seeking a full-time and part-time Confectionery Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and assisting with daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, preparing customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Adhere to company standards for customer service, quality, and safety.
• Participate in receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Contribute to team cohesion and motivation by suggesting improvements to workflow and organization.
• Understand and respect company standards for quality, hygiene, maintenance, and occupational health and safety.
