Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Job Description

As a retail manager at Bikini Village, you will be responsible for:

Sales

  • Train team members to provide strong customer support
  • Provide customers with a warm welcome and help them find everything they're looking for
  • Cordinate store activities and tasks with the management team
  • Achieve personal sales goals and share information with the team to achieve joint sales goals
Human Resources

  • Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment that fosters excellence and pride in being part of Bikini Village
  • Bring the company vision, mission, and brand culture to life on the job and share it with the team
  • Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model
  • Build a high-performance team by recruiting, preparing, and training employees
Marketing and Visual Presentation

  • Create an attractive and inviting store based on planograms
  • Stay on top of what the competition is doing
  • Reflect the brand image to build a steady and loyal customer base
Administration

  • Analyze sales, in-store traffic, and productivity reports
  • Open and close the store
  • Respect and apply company policies and procedures
