Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure participants are acting in accordance with facility rules and regulations.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections of the facility and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Lead activities, games, and events of interest to users, promoting a positive and engaging experience.
  • Develop and implement safety protocols and emergency response plans to mitigate risks and ensure a safe environment.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Completion of Grade 10.
  • Minimum age of 16 years old.
  • Current National Lifeguard Service certification (Waterpark Option).
  • Current Cardio pulmonary Resuscitation certification – Level C with AED certification.
  • Current Standard First Aid Level 1 certification.
  • Over one month, up to and including three months of experience.
  • Satisfactory police information check.
