Job Summary

CLEAResult is a leading provider of energy efficiency solutions, and we're seeking a talented Operations Analyst Co-op to join our team. As an Operations Analyst Co-op, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally, while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Determine and communicate customer eligibility for energy conservation measures provided under various programs.
  • Review audit submissions, assess applicant eligibility, and communicate with customers.
  • Manage data, metrics, and reporting to support business decisions.
  • Facilitate team coordination and process definition to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program in Environment, Science, Engineering, or Business Administration.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Experience with Power Query and PBI is an asset.
  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, colleagues, and external contacts.

Compensation

$23 - $27.70 per hour, CAD, hourly.

Additional Information

Candidates with experience in an engineering services company and proficiency in Power Query and PBI will be considered assets. CLEAResult offers a hybrid work environment, with occasional in-person office attendance required.
