Job Title: Warehouse Receiver

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to join our team at The Erb Group of Companies. As a Warehouse Receiver, you will be responsible for counting and sorting freight, loading/unloading trailers and trucks, and working safely to adhere to safety policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counting and sorting freight
  • Loading/unloading trailers and trucks
  • Working safely, adhering to safety policies and regulations, and engaging in best practices of safety initiatives
  • Performing all other duties as required

Requirements:

  • Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
  • Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
  • Accuracy, dependability, and ability to safely operate dock
  • Flexibility with workload and duties
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Previous experience handling food and refrigerated products preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven positive work ethic
  • Ability to tolerate working within a cold refrigerated environment
