We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Health Care Aide. As a valued member of our care team, you will provide exceptional care to our residents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the Job

This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a high level of emotional intelligence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supply and empty bed pans, serve meal trays, and transport patients between care facilities
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and participate in maintaining a clean and safe environment
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and respond to resident needs promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • A First Aid Certificate and CPR Certification
