- Develop and implement policies and procedures for staff, ensuring a positive and safe working environment.
- Plan and control budget and inventory, ensuring the studio runs smoothly and profitably.
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tattoo industry.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Dental and health care plans.
- Permanent employment.
- 30-40 hours of work per week.
- English as the primary language of communication.
