Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at West X Business Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service and Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issues, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer interactions and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Issue Resolution: Work with our partners, including Xerox, to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Use customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide valuable insights to our management team.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on customer satisfaction and engagement to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer success or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software.
