Key Responsibilities
  • Shipping Coordination: Determine the most efficient method of shipment for our products, taking into account factors such as cost, time, and customer requirements.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare accurate and complete shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, including tracking of incoming and outgoing goods.
  • Quality Control: Inspect and verify the quality of incoming goods against invoices and other documents, and record any discrepancies or issues.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee the loading and unloading of goods, and ensure that all shipments are properly packed and labeled.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of material handlers and helpers, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Financial Management: Process payments for goods and services, and maintain accurate financial records.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
