Job Title: Senior Creative Developer

ESR Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled Senior Creative Developer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for developing and executing annual business strategy, achieving accelerated growth, and driving adoption of ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) in the Information Software space with Rockwell Automation's Platforms for IoT, MES, Analytics, Augmented Reality, CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management system), and other XaaS Offerings or adjacent partner offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Disciplined Outcome Based Sales Process within our territory, ensuring the right Delivery Partner is involved to enable successful solution deployment in all applicable industry verticals.
  • Plan and deliver accelerated business growth, including targets, competency, and investment.
  • Recognize customer challenges and creatively help customers solve their application needs.
  • Manage complexity and adapt to changing business requirements.
  • Strong adoption of CRM platforms to enable understanding of business performance, build and maintain an Opportunity funnel for the Information Software business, and work with stakeholders to prioritize and lead a disciplined sales process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent combination of skills, experience, or education.
  • 2+ Years of relevant experience/knowledge applying Rockwell Automation products or equivalent competitive software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Digital Transformation and business drivers applicable to software sales.
  • Ability to define and grow new markets for emerging product technologies.
  • Valid Driver's License and ability to travel to the US for occasional Training/Events.
