We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Advisor - Mergers and Acquisitions to join our team in Edmonton and Vancouver. As a key member of our Advisory team, you will be responsible for leading a range of advisory assignments, including sell-side, buy-side, and capital raising initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage advisory projects, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional client service
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and external partners
  • Conduct market and industry research, financial analysis, and evaluate key drivers of financial performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the M&A and Capital Markets practice
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 5-6 years of relevant experience in capital markets/corporate finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and initiative
