Job Summary

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for leading a multi-discipline team with responsibility for all supply chain and shipping activities.

  • Establish and lead a culture that encompasses the highest ethical standards, aligned with DRS Pivotal Power's values.
  • Demonstrate and ensure accountability, agility, and innovation in decision-making.
  • Build, motivate, and retain a team capable of developing and achieving the strategic plan.
Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Maintain current and accurate records and files of vendor and customer import/export documentation.
  2. Collaborate with operating and corporate groups to manage procurement requirements and ensure adherence to SCM policies and procedures.
  3. Standardize processes through strategic sourcing principles and purchasing best practices to support operational efficiency and cross-sharing activities.
  4. Develop an advanced understanding of the current supply base, markets, capabilities, and trends in the marketplace.
