Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at the Southeast Integrated Care Centre in Moosomin. As a key member of our General Medical Nursing Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
  • Implement and evaluate patient care, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent
  • Current registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support Certificate (BCLS) and ACLS training
  • Experience in rural acute care an asset
