Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods and merchandise to customers and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and drive company vehicles to pick up and deliver goods and merchandise
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism in all interactions
  • Receive and relay information to central dispatch and management
  • Assemble, install, and set up merchandise and products
  • Keep accurate records of items received and delivered
  • Deliver newspapers, flyers, and other materials to residences and businesses
  • Prepare, package, and restock goods
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently
  • Follow directions and read maps to navigate routes
  • Use maps and other trip planning aids to optimize routes
  • Record trip information, including vehicle mileage and fuel costs
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections of vehicles
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Local and regional transportation/travel experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy lifting and loading/unloading
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail
