The Treatment & Rehabilitation Program provides care to individuals and their supports experiencing severe and persistent mental health challenges.

The Clinical Nurse Specialist plays an integral role in delivering care that promotes client-centered care and advances nursing practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
  • Develop and implement evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff
Qualifications:
  • Current Registration with the CNO
  • Masters of Science in Nursing (MScN) or Masters of Nursing (MN)
  • Superior interpersonal, coaching and communication skills to effectively work within an interdisciplinary team setting
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills in complex clinical and non-clinical situations
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning, coaching and mentoring principles
