Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Service Technician to join our team in British Columbia. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing mobility equipment, providing exceptional customer service, and working with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and Repair Equipment: Troubleshoot and repair mobility equipment, including wheelchairs and custom mobility devices, using diagnostic tools and power equipment.
  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Prioritize a friendly, professional, and compassionate approach to client interactions, ensuring that clients' needs are met and that we deliver an exceptional customer experience.
  • Travel and Mobility: Work 8-hour shifts and travel to clients' homes and community facilities, adapting to changing client needs and schedules.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills: Previous experience in customer service and assembling or repairing equipment, with exposure to using diagnostic tools and power equipment.
  • Empathy and Communication: Ability to navigate any situation in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner, prioritizing client comfort and urgency.
  • Additional Requirements: Valid G-class driver's license, clean driving record, clean criminal background check, and ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
