Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and organized Beauty Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our salons, manage staff performance, and maintain efficient workflow processes. The successful candidate will have prior experience in managing salon operations, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong analytical thinking. Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily salon activities, including scheduling, staffing, and inventory management
- Develop and implement effective procedures to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure staff are meeting expectations
- Collaborate with senior management to develop strategic plans and initiatives that align with business objectives
- Ensure all areas of the salon adhere to health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Manage and resolve conflicts or issues promptly, using diplomacy and tact when communicating with colleagues and clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in salon operations management or similar environment
- Proven track record of achieving targets and improving operational efficiency
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to motivate and empower team members
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to adapt to changing situations
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred

Compensation Package:
- Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
