Bread Baker Job Description

Mediterranean Bakery Inc. is seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for baking high-quality bread and rolls that meet our established standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake mixed dough and batters to produce a variety of bread and roll products.
  • Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by adhering to our quality control procedures.
  • Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Collaborate with our team to meet production demands and achieve our business goals.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Previous experience in a bakery or related field is an asset.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Reliability, dependability, and a team player attitude are essential for this role.
Working Conditions:
  • Large volume bakery environment with a fast-paced production schedule.
  • Physically demanding work with heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Repetitive tasks and attention to detail are required for this position.
Language:

The primary language of work is English.

Work Schedule:
