About the Role:

The Senior Business Leader will lead the commercial division of B.C. LTD., overseeing the allocation of resources, establishing objectives, and formulating policies. This role requires the ability to co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, and to select middle managers and senior staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing 3-4 people. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a leadership role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Experience in managing middle managers and senior staff.
  • Strong understanding of commercial policies and procedures.
