Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at JJPS Foods Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet our high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Work Environment
