Client Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Service Supervisor to join our team at Henry Global. As a Client Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our client-facing teams, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless service delivery
- Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity and efficiency
- Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and service delivery metrics
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Perform same duties as workers supervised
- Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results
- Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a client-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
