**Job Description:**

As an Advanced Telehealth Nurse Practitioner, you will be working from the comfort of your own home, seeing patients remotely via laptop. Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality online care, utilizing our user-friendly platform that complies with PHIPA privacy regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide patients with exceptional care and support
  • Work independently, managing your schedule and patient load
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

**Requirements:**

  • Nurse Practitioner with 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Licensed in multiple provinces, including SK, AB, MB, and BC
  • Able to commit to a minimum of 10 hours of scheduled time per week
  • Familiarity with telemedicine platforms and secure online environments
