Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our delivery operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring timely and safe battery delivery to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver batteries to customers on a timely basis and in a safe and professional manner
  • Maintain a well-stocked and organized warehouse, adhering to strict safety and quality standards
  • Load and unload trucks safely, accurately completing reports and claims as required
  • Interact professionally with stakeholders, including team members, managers, and customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school graduate or equivalent qualification
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to read, write, and compute basic math
  • A minimum of one year experience in warehouse operations, including RF/HH equipment, forklift, electric pallet jack, and stretch-wrap machine
  • Forklift license and working knowledge of computers and applicable systems
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role and ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a valid Class 5 drivers license and acceptable driving record
Working Conditions

This role requires working in a battery warehouse environment, exposed to moving equipment, mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and standing or walking for two-hour intervals.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is $19-$25 per hour, reflecting the company's commitment to fair compensation and employee benefits.
