We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to lead our team at ULTRAMAR - COUNTRY STYLE COFFEE - CORNER STORE. This is a permanent position offering 32-40 hours of work per week.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing a team, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Job Description
  • Manage Sales Floor: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train staff, authorize payments, order merchandise, establish work schedules, and sell merchandise.
  • Resolve Issues: Handle customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure maximum efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of 3-4 people, with potential for expansion to 11-15 team members including cashiers, grocery clerks, and shelf stockers.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of retail management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
