Key Responsibilities:- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, and other materials
- Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
- Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in construction
- Ability to work in confined spaces, noisy environments, and dusty conditions
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on quality and safety. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
