Job Title: Fire Alarm Electronics Technician

We are seeking a skilled Fire Alarm Electronics Technician to join our team at J&K Electrical Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and testing electronic equipment and assemblies, diagnosing and locating circuit, component and equipment faults, and adjusting, aligning, replacing or repairing electronic equipment and assemblies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect and Test Electronic Equipment: Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Diagnose and Locate Faults: Diagnose and locate circuit, component and equipment faults to determine the cause of the issue.
  • Adjust and Repair Equipment: Adjust, align, replace or repair electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning correctly.
  • Complete Work Orders and Reports: Complete work orders and test and maintenance reports to document the work performed.
  • Prepare Cost Estimates: Prepare cost estimates for repairs and maintenance work.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
  • Tasks: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Own Tools/Equipment: Tools, equipment.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years, permanent position, 30 to 35 hours per week, English language.
