Customer Service Representative

In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of cleanliness in our food preparation areas.

Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate will receive an estimated annual salary of $35,000 - $45,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to customers at counters or buffet tables.
- Cleanliness: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs; sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand; and maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Food Preparation: Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items; portion and wrap foods; and package take-out food.
- Stocking and Supply Management: Stock refrigerators and salad bars, and ensure that supplies are adequate and readily available.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve common goals and provide support when needed.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Will train.
- Language: English (preferably fluent).
- Availability: 30-40 hours per week.
