Job Title: Chief Operating Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Operating Officer to join our team at Soul Restaurants Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of the organization, including strategic planning, financial management, and human resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls
  • Formulate and approve promotional campaigns
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions or departments
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in a senior executive role
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
