We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Merchandising Team Lead to join our team at Advantage Solutions. As a Retail Merchandising Team Lead, you will be responsible for executing merchandising plans, building relationships with store management, and ensuring timely reporting of reset execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • **Merchandising Execution:** Execute merchandising plans, including resets and relines, to ensure accurate and timely execution.
  • **Relationship Building:** Build and maintain relationships with store management, area managers, and assigned merchandisers to ensure seamless execution of merchandising plans.
  • **Reporting:** Timely electronic reporting of reset execution and work hours to ensure accurate tracking and analysis.
  • **Physical Requirements:** Stand for up to 8 hours, lift up to 50+ pounds, and work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Requirements:

  • Reliable transportation to local locations.
  • Comfortable working with smart phone technology.
  • Prior grocery or big box store retail merchandising experience preferred.
  • Planogram experience preferred, with training available.
  • Ability to work independently or with other merchandisers.
