Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Savvy Insurance Advisor to join our Digital Team in Alberta. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing ongoing client needs, advising on insurance matters, and selling new policies to existing or new clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Servicing ongoing client needs, advising on insurance matters, conducting needs assessments, recommending solutions, and answering inquiries.
- Selling new policies/writing new business to existing or new clients, retaining existing book of business.
- Contacting Underwriters and Adjusters to discuss guidelines and policy.
- Preparing documentation for insurers, completing applications for clients, issuing insurance certificates, processing changes, and reviewing renewals.
- Keeping current on underwriting rules and workflow processes.
- Actively participating in training initiatives.
Requirements
- High School and/or Post-Secondary Education.
- Relevant sales and customer service experience.
- Strong customer focus.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and credit check.
